ANDREW ROSENTHAL

Andrew Rosenthal has led industry-defining design programs across consumer tech, sports and lifestyle markets. Seamlessly blending creativity and strategy, he has guided major initiatives for Apple, Nike, Red Bull, and Honda, garnering a reputation as a creative visionary in the process. As co-founder of Group–A, Andrew drives all Creative Strategy, applying his unique vision to the diverse needs of our partners.

DEREK GALKIN

Derek Galkin nurtures companies, ideas, products, and creative teams to success with alarming regularity. His unrelenting optimism led footwear brand SeaVees from its founding to its eventual exit, and he has enjoyed significant tenures with global brands Oakley and Sperry. As co-founder of Group–A, Galkin leads Brand Strategy, focusing on transformative initiatives for our partners.

MARK CRUZ

Mark Cruz is a prolific artist with an uncommon ability to energize and elevate brands. His expertise in branding, art direction, product design, and packaging led to partnerships with New Balance, Pendleton, Disney and Lucasfilm. As Group–A’s Creative Director, Mark is insightful and decisive, crafting visual signatures that draw on memory and connection that injects the essential vibrancy into brands.

AMIKA KHURANA

Amika Khurana connects the realms of creative and marketing with a knack for understanding well the kind of creative that drives consumer engagement. Whether for brands like Fujifilm, Giant Bicycles, and Foot Locker, or for groundbreaking artist Marshmello, she brings her multi-disciplinary design background to solve problems and reach consumers in memorable and creative ways.

NAT GUNTER

Nat Gunter is a writer and content strategist who uses language to define and hone brand voices that resonate and connect. From the specialized world of fine wine to accessible e-commerce brands, Nat finds specific and impactful ways to deliver copy that converts and brand stories that build affinity with consumers.

Katie Manser

Katie works at the intersection of operations, brand management, and customer experience, keeping Group–A’s e-commerce and studio initiatives moving forward. She bridges logistics with strategy, ensuring everything from digital strategies to marketing aligns for impact and growth.

MILTON CAMPBELL

Milton Campbell is a multidisciplinary art director, designer, photographer, and musician known for his collaborative approach across visual and audio mediums. He has led creative work for adidas, Red Bull, Formula 1, and others. At Group–A, he drives cross-platform creative execution, building custom teams to deliver impactful, honest work rooted in culture and clarity.

BOBBY GOODWIN

Bobby Goodwin is a leader with a keen understanding of how to drive growth in a brand positive way, taking ideas from concept to consumer with a strategic vision. He has charted the course as an executive at publicly traded companies and led successful teams at Vans, Tilly’s, PacSun, and SeaVees. Aligning product, marketing, and sales towards a common goal; doing it profitably; and repeating that many times and in many places has earned Bobby a sterling reputation for delivering results, and leading with passion, intuition and humility.
